Unlimita SIM card Return policy
Users on this plan must return SIM to Unlimita if service is no longer needed.
If service is not meeting up with expectation, just let us know and we will send a return label to return. We have confidence in the product, so you will too.
This plan must be used in our registered device, or one received from Unlimita to avoid any outages. If you use more than 1TB (1000GB) data in a 30 days period with our unlimited plans (which is more than average use), your plan will be upgraded to meet up with your demand for data use and rate may change.

Users are required to return SIM to Unlimita if service is no longer needed. Failure to do so may incur charges

You can create an account using the email link that has been sent to your email address. If you do not see the email in your in box, please check the spam folder. Your secure account portal will allow you to manage your account and see your account status, make payments and update your information or cancel service.
Important Billing Info.
Be sure to update your card info for recurring charges to avoid late fees or service interruptions.
We have updated our policy regarding late fees, any account that is more than 1 day past due will be automatically assessed a late fee of $5 to cover up for payment recovery charges. Our system automatically sends out reminders for expiring cards on file and provides enough time to update your card on file from your account portal. It is your responsibility to monitor your email for payment failures and reminders to update the card on file.
